I am grateful for my heritage. We're taking down the Christmas ornaments today and hanging Mardi Gras beads on the tree - Good Times! And Thierry's making a Galette de Roi (French King Cake). Mmmm, smells like almonds in here.
And while I'm at it, I am grateful that like their parents, my kids like to sleep late - Life is Good!

I am greatfull that my family has plenty of clean and safe drinking water. Over a billion people in the world do not have access to safe drinking water. Knowing this helps put our lives in perspective.

for friends who hold me accountable for my actions. I need people like this in my life, because they help me grow and become a better person. You know you are. ;-) Thank you.

I am grateful for my four wonderful children.

for my business. I'm so fortunate to have a business that gives me the freedom to live life on my terms. Sometimes I can't believe how lucky I am! Thank you, Universe.

for new friends. It's fun to meet new people and make new friends.

for sunshine in the morning! It makes the whole day brighter and happier. Rain the morning is cool, too because it's peaceful. But sunshine - I love it!!

Sometimes I just sit here in shock of how awesome my life has become. It's not always easy, but it sure is fun to be me. I feel like I won the life lottery or something!

I am grateful for Louise Hay and being able to take time on this New Year's Day to watch (and be inspired by) several hours of interviews with her and some of the many authors in her stable.
